Billy is 11 and his Mum is taking him and his sister Polly to the theatre for his birthday treat to see Mr Magico. He enters the magician’s cabinet for one of the tricks and when he returns he has aged 25 years ! His Mum is incredulous and enters the cabinet to find her son … but when she reappears she is 25 years younger ! Find out how the family disentangle themselves from the magic.
This was the first professional production of this Ayckbourn play since it’s opening at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough in 2002.
